ANIMAL INSTRUCTIONS
Office hours are 8:00am to 6pm you may drop off during these hours. CHECK OUT TIME IS 12 NOON if your pet is not picked up by 12 noon you will be charged $10 for pickup before closing at 6pm. Gate is locked from 1pm-2pm.
All pets must have a Veterinary and vaccination record at the time of check in.
Full payment is due at the time of check out. For long term stays over 14 days a deposit is required and weekly payments must be made. And a valid credit card must be on file with consent to charge your account for payments.
Douglas County Pet Lodge is not held responsible for any Veterinary visits, emergency or otherwise, disease or sickness contracted during the stay, injuries by or to your pet, damage to their personal property from chewing or urine.
Any animal left for 72 HOURS past the scheduled check out with NO CONTACT from the owner will be considered abandoned and will be taken to: Saving Grace Pet Adoption Center at 450 Old Del Rio Rd, Roseburg OR, 97471. Your total bill plus $1,500 and lawyer fees will be taken to collections.
